All Nicola Clemmit Consultancy coaching services are aimed at adults in professional and/or executive careers who are seeking coaching to overcome challenges within their careers/jobs, identify professional development and aligned goals to progress their own professional development, seeking coaching to explore what they want out of their professional life or executives who are looking to develop their organisational goals.
Coaching is a two way process and can only be effective if the client willingly and activity participates in the coaching sessions and where relevant actions outside of the sessions agreed in the coaching appointments. The Coach can not guarantee results, the client is in charge of their own development.
Nicola Clemmit Consultancy’s main target markets are adults (18 year olds and over) who are in professional/executive careers who either have a challenge in their career, job or organisation which they would like to explore in an objective setting with an impartial coach; are looking to identify goals to develop an areas of their professional life or career development including redefining success for themselves; and/or have a specific professional/career/organisational goal they want to explore with a coach to work through how best to achieve this.
The advice and support Nicola Clemmit Consultancy provides through our career support services is a guide to help and support with client’s application documents, interview, presentation and/or recruitment assessments the client may either have booked or are intending to achieve. The advice and support in coaching services are to support professional challenges and aims of the client.
Nicola Clemmit Consultancy Career Support Services main target market are adults (18 years old or over) who are struggling to be successful in the recruitment process, struggling to succeed in applications for their next career move, have not experienced the recruitment process in a long time and need to refresh their recruitment skills, and who require support and advice on the recruitment process. Coaching services target adults (18 year olds and over) who have challenge or goals within their professional life they wish to work through and achieve through coaching.
All coaching services are paid through an invoice prior to the coaching commencing. All careers support services are paid online through our website or third party websites selling Nicola Clemmit Consultany products prior to the service/product being delivered. All payment for Nicola Clemmit Consultancy services is by online payment methods only – either through our website or direct in to our bank account. All appointments will be conducted via video call or telephone using client contact details provided prior to the appointment.
Conditions of joining and accessing the services of Nicola Clemmit Consultancy
To sign up to use the service client’s must first comply with the following points:
- Be over 18 years of age
- Be UK based and if accessing career support services be applying for positions based in the UK
- Have the right to work in the UK and fulfil all the requirements of the job they are applying for
- Be in a professional level job
- Be accessing Nicola Clemmit Consultancy services for the client’s own use and not someone else’s (with the exception of employers accessing coaching services for employees)
- Not be in conflict of interest with my other employment – this will be established at the time of booking and if the business interaction is in conflict of interest Nicola Clemmit Consultancy will not be able to provide our services and will provide a full refund if payment has occurred.
- Provide correct and true information to Nicola Clemmit Consultancy in all documents and communications.
- Have complied with and accepted terms of business with Nicola Clemmit Consultancy including our privacy notice.
If a client accessing any Nicola Clemmit Consultancy service are found to have contravened the conditions of joining the service their support will be terminated immediately without notice and all payments will be held without return – with the exception of the conflict of interest clause above where services will be terminated immediately and a full refund will be provided. Nicola Clemmit Consultancy reserves the right to seek further action for damages where appropriate dependent on the individual situation.
Terms of service
Nicola Clemmit Consultancy Obligations to Clients
If a complementary consultation call is offered by Nicola Clemmit Consultancy this is a short 10 minute free call to identify whether Nicola Clemmit Consultancy services meet the client’s requirements, to understand whether the coach and client are a good fit and in the case of coaching packages to initially explore the scope of the coaching package for the client. This complementary consultation call is not a coaching, advice and/or support appointment.
Coaching packages will require a coaching contract to be agreed, accepted, signed by the client and Nicola Clemmit Consultancy and returned to Nicola Clemmit Consultancy by the client prior to coaching commencing. Where necessary if the coaching is contracted through an employer then also the organisation must agree, accept, sign and return the contract to Nicola Clemmit Consultancy before an official partnership/service is commenced (including acceptance and consent of our privacy notice).
Coaching is supporting a client to find their own answers and solutions, and therefore Nicola Clemmit Consultancy cannot, and does not, guarantee the client will find the exact answers and outcomes they desire due to the individual and unique aspect of each coaching client and session.
The client must accept the terms and conditions and privacy notice of Nicola Clemmit Consultancy Services prior to purchasing any coaching or guide/document/workbook or any appointment type.
Nicola Clemmit Consultancy aims where possible to respond to any other general email queries outside of set services within 48 hours. Where this is not possible Nicola Clemmit Consultancy aims to provide a message to specify this.
The recruitment process is subjective and therefore Nicola Clemmit Consultancy cannot, and does not, guarantee the client will be successful through using Nicola Clemmit Consultancy services and Nicola Clemmit Consultancy is not responsible if the client is unsuccessful if they apply for a new job during the coaching period/services.
If requesting support with the recruitment process, the service Nicola Clemmit Consultancy provides is the perspective and opinion of Nicola Clemmit Consultancy on the client’s documents and/or the client’s recruitment process questions and concerns. Nicola Clemmit Consultancy cannot know exactly what questions will be asked of the client and exactly what the recruiter is looking for as this is subjective. Therefore Nicola Clemmit Consultancy may not document the exact interview questions and recruitment process stages and exercises the client encounters in their actual interview or recruitment process experience. Nicola Clemmit Consultancy is not responsible for the client’s actions and how they interpret the information received through Nicola Clemmit Consultancy.
Nicola Clemmit Consultancy is not liable to client’s for any direct loss, any indirect, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of income, revenue, savings, loss of business relationships or contracts, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss of corruption of information or data loss.
Client Obligations
The client must pay for the services of Nicola Clemmit Consultancy online (as specified in the contract or website information) and in advance of the appointment/session, accept the terms and conditions and privacy notice of Nicola Clemmit Consultancy services before Nicola Clemmit Consultancy can provide the service.
An appointment time will be agreed between client and Nicola Clemmit Consultancy at a mutually convenient date and time. If the client does not answer or arrive on the call within 10 minutes of the booked appointment time on the telephone number/contact details the client provides at time of booking, or the telephone number/contact details the client provides is not correct, the appointment will be cancelled and the missed session will be counted as delivered and non refundable.
All information provided by the client to Nicola Clemmit Consultancy or/and an employer must be factually correct. Nicola Clemmit Consultancy absolves all responsibility if a client displays incorrect information in actions following coaching or purchasing of guides/workbooks/products.
Please ensure you do not submit sensitive data when submitting any information other than that required for subsriptions, contracts and contact information.
The client must only provide information about themselves which is for a coaching package for themselves, the client can not purchase any service on behalf of a third party.
The client must meet all terms and conditions in this document and consent to the privacy notice.
The client is responsible for their actions following the services provided by Nicola Clemmit Consultancy.
Terms of Payment
Payment must be received (as specified in the contract or website information) in advance of the appointment/coaching package/session commencing. Payment is accepted online only. For Coaching packages booked payment must be either paid in advance for the full package, or at an interim period (usually 2 payments of half the cost of the coaching package) as agreed in the contract. This will be confirmed between the coach and client in advance of the coaching package commencing.
If a client’s online payment is unsuccessful the appointment will not be delivered.
Right to cancel
The client has the right to cancel their coaching package 48 hours in advance of the first session. If the client cancel’s with less than 48 hours notice of the appointment start time the client will be charged £250. The client can cancel their coaching package mid coaching package, if cancellation is less than 48 hours of the next coaching session booked the client will be charged £250. If the coaching package is cancelled 48 hours or more in advance of the next coaching session booked the client will receive a refund equal to the amount of sessions remaining in the package.
Nicola Clemmit Consultancy has the right to terminate a booking at any time. If this happens for a reason other than the client failing to meet the terms and conditions of Nicola Clemmit Consultancy the client will be given the option to reschedule their appointment or can request to cancel the remainder of the package.
Online guides sold by Nicola Clemmit Consultancy are non refundable.
