How the service works
For CV, Covering Letter and Application Form reviews, purchase the relevant review above and you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase, that email will contain the email address to send your document to. I aim to email feedback to you within 48 hours of payment and your CV, Covering Letter or Application Form being received.
For Interview Support Appointments, General Application Process Appointments and Follow Up Appointments, these are all telephone appointments. Please schedule your appointment at the time of purchase. If you cannot make any of the available times please contact me through the contact page with times and dates you are available and I will try to schedule a suitable time. I cannot guarantee this however. Please be aware most of my appointments are evening or weekends. If you’re applying to a specific job or have a specific focus for the appointment please make sure you email me the job advert and the specific areas you wish to focus on at least 24 hours before the appointment. You will receive a confirmation email of your booking with the email address to forward the relevant information to.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must provide 12 hours notice, if you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice your appointment is non-refundable. If there is no answer for telephone appointments within 10 minutes of the appointment start time this will be classed as a missed appointment and there is no refund at this stage.
